Designs every Alondra website and brand identity. The visual judgement on every project.

Kathryn studied film and television at university, then joined the creative team at a health communications agency in Cambridge. The work included graphic design, photography, and video production for healthcare brands. She learned what most design schools don’t teach: that the best design isn’t the prettiest, it’s the clearest. That a brand is what people remember about you when you’re not in the room. That a logo on its own doesn’t do anything.

Outside work, she’s a competitive ballroom and Latin dancer, which is the kind of thing that sounds like a quirky bio fact until you see the practice schedule it actually involves. The discipline, precision, and attention to detail that takes will come as no surprise to anyone who has seen how she approaches a project.

Charles came to Alondra by an indirect route. Most of his family is in real estate, and so was he, for the best part of a decade. He handles every client conversation from the first message in the inbox to the launch-day walkthrough, and the relationship after it.

Outside work, he cycles seriously, which he insists is for fitness reasons but everyone who knows him suspects is mostly an excuse for café stops. He cooks at home most nights, which is convenient for Kathryn, who doesn’t.

Handles the technical work behind the scenes.

Mike’s background is digital marketing, search, and applied AI, in roughly that order. He started in performance marketing during the era when SEO meant keyword density and a directory submission tool, and he stayed with the discipline as it changed underneath him: into content, then into structured data, then into the AI recommendation era we’re now in.

On an Alondra website build, Mike does the work most clients never see and never need to think about. The technical SEO foundation, the schema markup, the analytics setup, the Core Web Vitals, the cookie compliance, the indexing, the structured data that lets AI tools actually understand what your site is about.

Outside work, he loves walking his two dogs Daisy and Pippin.

Three people can’t build everything. The work that sits outside Kathryn, Charles, and Mike’s day-to-day skillset is handled by a small group of trusted contractors we’ve worked with for years, such as the printing partners we use when a brochure or business card actually needs to be made of paper.

None of them are account managers. None of them will be added to your project without us telling you first. The model is deliberately small, and it stays small because that’s how we keep the standard consistent.
