Let’s have a conversation.

Tell us where you are in the process. We’ll come back with the right next step, even if that next step isn’t us.

Tell us what you’re looking for.

A short message is enough. We’ll reply within one business day. Alternatively, email Charles at charles@thealondragroup.com.

What happens next

How we reply, and how fast.

We reply within one business day.

We read every message that comes in. He’ll either answer your question, send you to the right page on the website, or ask if you’d like to put 20 minutes in the calendar.

Sometimes the right answer isn’t us.

If you’ve described a problem we don’t solve, or a budget we can’t meet, we’ll say so and point you somewhere we’d trust.

Nothing you send us goes anywhere else.

No mailing list signup by stealth. No follow-up sequence. One reply from a real person.

Before you send a message

Five questions people ask first.

Charles reads it, usually within a few hours. He'll either reply with an answer, point you to the page on the website that covers it, or ask whether you'd like a 20-minute call. Most messages get a reply the same day. None take longer than one business day.

You tell us what you're trying to do. We tell you honestly whether we can help, and what the right starting point looks like. Sometimes that's an audit, sometimes Branding and Design, sometimes a full website, sometimes none of the above. No proposal on the call. No pressure. You leave with a clearer view of what you actually need.

Then say so in the message and we can talk about it. If you've read the Websites page and the tier you want is obvious, write 'I want Establish' or 'Expand' and we'll scope from there. If you've decided you want an audit, the form has a dropdown for that. We won't slow you down.

Yes. Branding and Design is the smallest thing we sell, and we'll happily build a logo and a couple of templates for a brand-new business. The smallest sensible thing we'd build is one item from the Branding and Design menu. The largest is a full Lead-tier website with a Learning Centre. We'd rather start small and do it well than over-sell something you don't need yet.

Yes, where the time zones make sense. We'd flag if a project's timing didn't suit us before quoting.
